Pastor Billy has faithfully pastored San Jacinto Assembly of God in Amarillo, TX for 20 years and is only the third pastor in the church’s history. With nearly 30 years in ministry, his life and leadership are marked by a deep hunger for God and a passion to see the lost come to salvation. His heart for the church and commitment to the Gospel continue to make an impact across generations.
